Ingredients (8)

2.00 kg mutton — fatty, diced
2.00 kg game — diced
10.00 ml freshly ground black pepper
25.00 ml coriander — ground
1.00 ml nutmeg — ground
25.00 ml salt
5.00 ml cloves — ground
50.00 ml vinegar — brown

Method:

Mix the melt and sprinkle with seasonings. Mix lightly and mince in a meat mincer. Press the meat onto a flat, greased rock in a 2 cm thick layer. Leave in a cool place to dry. Cut into squares and place another greased flat rock on top to prevent the ends from curling up. Serve as a snack.
