Delicious homemade pizza with guacamole.

Ingredients (10)

Westfalia Avocado Oil garlic-flavoured infusion
1 onion — finely chopped
15 ml fresh oregano — chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 can tomatoes — chopped
5 ml sugar
15 ml vinegar — red wine
4 x 120 g mozzarella cheese — buffalo ball
4 pizza bases
1 guacamole
fresh basil — to serve

Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Heat avocado oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, oregano and seasoning and sauté until softened.

Add tomatoes, sugar and vinegar and simmer into a thick sauce.

Spoon tomato sauce and torn mozzarella onto pizza bases and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until crisp and cooked through.

Serve topped with Westfalia Plain Guacamole and scattered with fresh basil leaves.
