Marbled eggs

  • 12
  • yellow food colouring
  • strong rooibos infusion


Hard-boil the required number of eggs.
Crack the shells slightly.
Drip a little food colouring into water and place the eggs in the water for 30 seconds.
Dry the eggs and crack the shells a little more.
Place the eggs in a bowl of strong rooibos for 30 seconds.
Remove the shells and serve the eggs for breakfast.
