Ingredients (3)

5 l ice cream — vanilla
1 kg sweets — liquorice
1/2 cup milk — full cream

Method:

Soften the ice cream.
Melt the sweets and milk on a double boiler.

Working quickly fold the melted sweets into the ice cream.

Mix until well combined.

Set in a jelly mould and freeze for 24 hours or more.

Decorate with liquorice candy and serve.
