Lemony parmesan spaghetti

  • 250
    spaghetti- cooked until al dente
  • 3
    extra virgin olive oil
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • a handful of wild rocket (or basil)
  • 1/2
    parmesan- grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3
    extra virgin olive oil


Toss the cooked pasta with the other ingredients and season to taste.

Serve with extra parmesan!
