Jelly in glasses

    strawberry jelly
  • 90
    lime jelly
  • 90
    pineapple jelly
  • 125
    fresh gooseberries
  • 410
    fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1
    sachet powdered cream


Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the packet and pour into rectangular plastic containers. Rinse the gooseberries well and halve. Add the fruit cocktail and gooseberries to the pineapple jelly. Chill the jellies until set and cut into cubes. Layer the different flavours jelly cubes in transparent glasses. Prepare powdered cream according to the instructions on the packaging and decorate the jellies with piped rosettes. Serves 4-6.
