    orange-flavoured jelly powder

    dry sparkling wine

    lime or lemon leaves

    pineapple, chopped

    kiwi fruit, chopped

    melon, chopped

    g
    strawberries, sliced
  • 125

    berries
  • 100

    grapes
  • 30
    ml
    lime or lemon juice
  • fruit sorbet to serve
 

Method

 
Make jelly according to packet instructions, substituting sparkling wine for 150 ml (3/5 cup) of the water. Add lime or lemon leaves. Cool and strain. Pour into an 18-20 cm diameter glass dish and refrigerate until set. Mix fruit with lime or lemon juice. Cut or break jelly into cubes or pieces. Serve with a scoop of fruit sorbet (see tips).
