Italian mussels pasta sauce

  • 125
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves
  • 45
    chopped parsley
  • 2
    x 800 g cans mussels in their shells, drained
  • 250
    white wine
  • cooked spaghetti or linguine
  • chopped parsley
  • freshly ground black pepper


5 minutes

Heat butter and sauté onion and garlic cloves until soft and fragrant, but not brown.
Add parsley, mussels and wine.
Cover and boil for five minutes.
Mix with cooked spaghetti or linguine and serve with parsley and pepper.
