Hungarian potato salad

  • 500
    baby potatoes
  • 250
    bacon, chopped and cooked until crisp
  • 2
    baby red cabbages, finely chopped
  • 1
    medium onion, finely chopped
  • 150
    prepared French salad dressing
  • salt and coarsely ground black pepper


Wash potatoes under running water. Boil until tender, drain and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix lightly with a wooden spoon - be careful, the potatoes break easily - and pour into a salad bowl. Serves 6.
