Ingredients (11)

2 l milk — fat-free
1 can milk — low-fat
125 ml almonds — ground
50 ml pistachios — ground
4 cinnamon — stick
4 cardamom — slightl bruised
5 ml cinnamon — ground
5 ml nutmeg — ground
2.5 ml cardamom — ground
saffron — strands
honey — to taste

Method:

Add all of the ingredients to a medium size pot and bring to the boil.

Once the milk starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring all the time

Pour into mugs and add honey to taste and drink as hot as possible.
