Honey and mustard pork chops

    pork chops
  • 2
    potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 2
    parsnips, peeled and quartered
  • 2
    smooth-skinned pears, quartered and cored
  • 200
    ready made honey and mustard sauce


Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Place chops, potatoes, parsnips and pears (use a 420 g can of baby pears if fresh are unavailable) in a roasting pan and cover with marinade, tossing lightly to coat. Roast for 45 minutes to one hour, depending on size of chops. Pour pan juices over and serve with salad. Serves 4.
