Ingredients (14)

600.00 g tuna — steaks, fresh
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
15.00 ml lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
salad greens
DRESSING
125.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
30.00 ml soy sauce
60.00 ml vinegar — white wine
15.00 ml honey
5.00 ml sesame oil — or walnut oil
freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml mustard — powder
15.00 g fresh coriander — finely chopped
1.00 spring onions — bunch, finely chopped

Method:

Wipe fish with a damp cloth. Brush liberally with olive oil and lemon juice and season.
Grill tuna, turning once or twice until cooked and lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes (depending on thickness).
DRESSING: Mix all ingredients well. Wash salad leaves, shake dry and arrange on individual plates.
Cut tuna into bite-sized chunks and arrange on salad while still warm, but not hot. Pour dressing over and serve.
