Grilled prickly pear, prosciutto and goat's milk cheese parcels

  • 2
    prickly pears
  • 8
    slices prosciutto
  • 50
    soft white goat's milk cheese
  • black pepper


Peel and halve the prickly pears, then cut into quarters.
Wrap each wedge with a slice of prosciutto and top with a teaspoon of goat's milk cheese.
Place under a hot grill until the cheese has slightly melted, about five minutes.
Add black pepper and serve immediately.
