Grilled Saratoga chops

    pork Saratoga chops (use 1 kg boned loin of pork. Season inside of meat with salt and pepper. Form i
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Grill chops for 7 to 10 minutes (medium) or 10 to 12 minutes in total (well done) 100 mm under a preheated element or in a griddle pan. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with herbal garlic butter. Serves 6.
