Glazed pork slices in pita

  • 10
    Cajun spice
  • 45
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 5
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4
    pork loin chops, sliced into strips
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves


1. Mix the Cajun spice, Worcestershire sauce, honey, salt and pepper together. Smear mixture on the meat and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry meat and onion slices for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
3. Warm pita bread, slice open and fill with lettuce leaves and pork. Serve with a sweet chilli sauce.
