1.00 chicken
2.00 pakke pumpkin — chopped
50.00 ml olyfolie
4.00 red onion — sliced
8.00 garlic — whole head
2.00 fresh chillies
3.00 feta cheese
1.00 hand vol fresh basil
5.00 ml salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Bedek die pampoenstukke, uikwarte,
knoffelhuisies en brandrissie
met olyfolie. Geur met sout en vars
gemaalde swartpeper. Rooster in ‘n
warm oond teen 200°C vir sowat
40 minute totdat die pampoen
sag en effens gekaramelliseer is.
Laat eenkant staan om heeltemal
af te koel. Breek die hoender van
die been af en verwyder die vel.
Maak die slaaisous deur al die
bestanddele saam te meng en gooi
oor die hoender. Breek die fetakaas
in groterige stukke. Rangskik al jou
bestanddele op ‘n opdienbord. Breek
vars basiliekruidblare oor en geur
met sout en vars swartpeper.Die
knoffelhuisies sal lekker sag wees:
wanneer jy die slaai eet, druk die
knoffel uit die skil oor jou slaai.
