6.00 red pepper
6.00 garlic — finely chopped
90.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
30.00 ml sherry vinegar
60.00 ml olyfolie
0.00 sout

Method:

Voorverhit die roosterelement van jou oond. Sit die soetrissies heel op ‘n bak-plaat en rooster tot dit swart om al die kante is. Draai elke nou en dan om. Die skil van die soetrissies sal swart word en bars. Verwyder uit oond, sit in ‘n bak en bedek met kleefplastiek. Die soetrissies
sal begin sweet, wat dit makliker maak om die skil af te kry. Maak ‘n klein gaatjie onder-in elke soetrissie en druk die vloeistof uit. Behou dit. Sny die soetrissies oop en verwyder die pitte. Sny die soetrissies in lang repe. Klits die knoffel, pietersielie, asyn en olie saam met die soetrissie-sap wat jy uitgedruk het. Geur met sout en gooi oor die soetrissies. Marineer oornag in die yskas.
