Garden vegetable pizza

  • 1
    readymade frozen pizza base
  • readymade garlic sauce
  • 125
    mozarella cheese, grated (use 250 ml if desired)
  • tinned peas
  • cherry tomatoes
  • chopped red pepper
  • chopped leek
  • sliced button mushrooms
  • pinch dried oregano
  • olive oil
  • chopped chives


Preheat oven to 220 °C.
Sprinkle a baking dish or pizza pan with flour.
Spread 2 to 3 spoonfuls of garlic sauce over the pizza base.
Sprinkle over three quarters of the cheese, then the vegetables and a pinch of oregano.
Sprinkle over the rest of the cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the pizza is cooked and the cheese has melted.
Sprinkle over the chopped chives.
Serve with sour cream if desired.
