Flavoursome rice with chicken

  • 2
    chillies, seeded and cut into rings
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 1
    stalk celery, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 1
    chicken breast fillet, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 15
    Worcestershire sauce
  • few drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 125
    whole kernel corn
  • 250
    cooked rice


Sauté the chillies, garlic and celery in a little olive oil until soft. Remove to a side dish. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry until brown. Add the celery mixture as well as the Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce. Stir-fry for about another minute. Add the whole kernel corn and rice and mix well. Stir-fry until heated through and serve immediately.
