Ingredients (10)

4.00 fish — fillets
30.00 ml flour
115.00 g butter
2.00 eggs — hard-boiled, peeled snd sliced
4.00 black mushrooms — sliced, fried
700.00 g potatoes — peeled and thinly sliced
SAUCE
30.00 ml butter
15.00 ml flour
150.00 ml stock — chicken
150.00 ml sour cream

Method:

Preheat oven to 190 ºC. Dust fish fillets with flour. Heat 60 g butter and fry fish lightly on both sides. Put into a greased ovenproof dish. Cover with egg slices. Top with mushrooms. Heat remaining butter and cook potatoes until they start to turn golden. Arrange on top of fish.
To make sauce, heat butter in a saucepan until melted. Stir in flour and cook for a minute until mixture bubbles. Gradually stir in stock. Add smetana and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour sauce over potatoes and cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
