Fish cakes

  • 450
    fish steaks
  • 4
  • 60
    choppedd chives



Flake the fish, using a fork. Mash the potatoes and add to the fish.
Add chives, seasoning, breadcrumbs and eggs and blend together well.
Shape the mixture into cakes about 2,5cm thick.
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Fry the fish cakes over a medium heat or until crisp and golden-brown. For tartare sauce:Mix all the ingredients together.
