Filled baked rolls

    round bread rolls
  • 125
  • 20
    wholegrain mustard
  • 1
    packet rocket leaves
  • 16
    slices salami
  • 8
    slices emmenthal (or Cheddar) cheese

1. Cut the tops off the bread rolls and hollow out the centres carefully. 2. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard and spread three quarters inside the rolls. 3. Place a layer of rocket leaves in each roll. Top with two slices of salami and a slice of cheese. Repeat layers and top with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Place the lids back on the rolls. 4. Wrap rolls in aluminium foil and bake in preheated 180 °C oven for 20 minutes until crispy and heated through.
