Ingredients (6)

4.00 bread
125.00 ml mayonnaise
20.00 ml wholegrain mustard
1.00 rocket
16.00 salami — slices
8.00 emmenthal cheese — or Cheddar, slices

Method:

1. Cut the tops off the bread rolls and hollow out the centres carefully.
2. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard and spread three quarters inside the rolls.
3. Place a layer of rocket leaves in each roll. Top with two slices of salami and a slice of cheese. Repeat layers and top with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Place the lids back on the rolls.
4. Wrap rolls in aluminium foil and bake in preheated 180 °C oven for 20 minutes until crispy and heated through.
