Ingredients (7)

150.00 g figs — dried
150.00 g peaches — dried
75.00 g apricots — dried
75.00 g raisins — seedless
75.00 g dates — finely chopped
15.00 ml honey
coconut — for rolling

Method:

Soak the figs, peaches and apricots in warm water or tea for 1 hour. Drain and chop the fruit. Place in a food processor along with the raisins, dates and honey and process until smooth.
Roll into balls, using 15 ml of the mixture at a time. Roll the balls in the coconut.
Chill until the balls have hardened and store in an airtight container.
