Crostini with Camembert and peppers

    ciabatta, sliced
  • 50
    garlic butter, melted
  • 30
    fresh rocket
  • 1
    Camembert cheese, sliced
  • 1
    marinated sliced peppers, drained
  • 5
    fresh basil, to garnish


1. Brush the slices of bread lightly on both sides with the melted garlic butter. Heat a griddle pan and grill the bread on both sides until crisp.

2. Top each slice with a rocket leaf, a slice of cheese and a few sliced peppers. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
