  • 1
    sprinkle organic flour - for dusting
  • 1
    ball basic cookie dough
  • 125
    mixed fruit Sparkles sweets
  • 1
    straw and string - for hanging


Lightly dust your work surface with fl our and roll out cookie dough to about cm thickness.

Cut out shapes from dough using a large cookie cutter, then using a smaller cutter punch out a shape from the centre of each larger cookie.

Gently lift cookies onto a foil-lined baking tray. Finely crush Sparkles. Carefully spoon crushed sweets into the centre of each cookie.

Make a hole in the top of each cookie with a straw.

Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden and sweets have melted.  When cool, thread with string for hanging.
