Ingredients (10)

15.00 ml nestlé coffee powder
1.00 orange — zest and juice
150.00 ml water
100.00 g rice — arborio
600.00 ml milk
1.00 vanilla — pod
100.00 g sugar
25.00 ml butter
175.00 ml cream — fresh, whipped
nutmeg — grated

Method:

Place coffee, orange juice and water in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Remove from stove, add rice and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Return pan to stove and add milk and vanilla pod.
Cook over low heat until rice is tender but still slightly firm to the bite. Remove from stove, add sugar, orange peel, butter and cream and stir gently.
Serve at once, decorated with grated nutmeg and orange peel.
