Coconut and orange dust chocolate

  • 200
    organic white chocolate with vanilla, melted
  • 250
    desiccated coconut or dried shavings
  • 2
    zest of oranges
  • 190


Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the orange zest and sugar on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Blend until it looks like orange dust. Mix the melted chocolate and coconut together.
Place on a plate. Sprinkle with some orange dust. Chill.
Once set, break pieces up and enjoy.
