Ingredients (10)

CHEESE WITH THE MAIN MEAL
200.00 g blue cheese
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
30.00 ml butter
100.00 g roquefort cheese
fish — chicken, vegetables or meat, to serve
CHEESE TO END THE MEAL
250.00 ml sugar
65.00 ml walnuts
1.00 camembert cheese
caramel
biscuits — and port to serve

Method:

CHEESE WITH THE MEAL: Process or blend together the blue cheese, chopped parsley, butter and Roquefort cheese.
Serve on grilled fish, chicken, vegetables or meat.
CHEESE TO END THE MEAL: Melt the sugar in a saucepan over moderate heat until it turns a golden caramel colour. Sprinkle walnuts over a Cambenzola round and pour caramel over. Allow to set. Serve with biscuits and port.
