Classic berry champagne cocktail

  • 750
    sparkling wine
  • 30
    berry liqueur (Framboise or Crème de Cassis)
  • fresh berries, such as raspberries or redcurrants


Chill sparkling wine in a container of ice cubes. Pour 5 ml (1 tsp) berry liqueur into each glass. Divide berries between glasses and top up each class with chilled sparkling wine.
