Chilli tuna and lemon fettuccine

    olive oil
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2
    red chillies, chopped
  • 2
    lemons, juice and zest
  • 2
    tins chunky tuna in water


10 minutes
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Drain well.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Add the garlic, chillies and lemon zest.
Heat for one minute and add the fettuccine, lemon juice and tuna. Toss until well coated.
Season to taste and serve with freshly chopped coriander or parsley.

Add 250 ml cream to the garlic and chilli mixture and toss in the fettuccine, tuna and lemon juice to make a creamy chilli and lemon pasta dish.
