Ingredients (10)

1.00 kg chicken — pieces, skinned
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
190.00 ml tomato sauce
7.00 ml brown sugar — soft
3.00 ml Tabasco sauce
22.00 ml mustard — mild
22.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
22.00 ml vinegar — brown
7.00 ml garlic — flakes
80.00 ml mayonnaise

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray or butter lightly.
Arrange the chicken pieces in the dish and season generously with salt and pepper. (The chicken skin may be removed if desired).
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken pieces. Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes until done and tender.
Serve with white rice and a salad.
