Chargrilled green bean salad

Chargrilled green bean salad with anchovy & mustar

  • 1
    pack fine green beans
  • 1
    drizzle PnP Finest extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1
    salt and milled pepper
  • 1
    packet white anchovies, marinated, drained
  • Dressing:
  • 3
    PnP Finest extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3
    white balsamic vinegar
  • 3
    Dijon mustard
  • 3
    PnP Finest whole-grain mustard
  • 1
    large anchovie, in oil, finely chopped


Toss green beans in olive oil to coat and season well.

Cook in a griddle pan until slightly charred and just tender.

Toss with white anchovies.

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over hot beans.

Season with milled pepper and serve.
