Ingredients (7)

500.00 g carrots — scraped and julienned
100.00 ml raisins
30.00 ml sesame seeds — toasted
420.00 g chickpeas — tinned and drained
30.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped
150.00 ml french salad dressing
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Mix the carrots, raisins, sesame seeds, chickpeas, parsley and salad dressing in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chill until just before serving.
Serves 10.
