Breakfast feast

  • turkey rashers
  • chicken liver pate
  • smooth cottage cheese
  • grated mature cheddar
  • sour dough ciabatta, toasted
  • onion marmalade
  • ripe tomatoes

Fry the turkey rashers in a little olive oil. In the meantime bring a pot of water to boil and add the vinegar.
Halve the tomatoes and fry them with the turkey rashers.
Season with salt, pepper and dried mixed herbs.
Whirlpool the water and break a fresh egg in the centre, guide gently with a spoon and boil for 3 minutes.
Assemble with the other ingredients to your taste.
