Braaied garlic

  • 1
    garlic bulb per person


Peel off skin of garlic bulb, leaving 2-3 layers over cloves. Wrap in foil and place in coals. Cook for 15 to 30 minutes, or until outer skins are burnt and flesh is soft. (Coals must not be too hot, otherwise garlic will be bitter.)
