Blue cheese and grapes

  • 1
    packet blue cheese pasta salad
  • 125
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 250
    sour cream
  • 250
    green or black grapes


Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Mix the dressing powder into the sour cream. Halve the grapes and remove the pips. Crumble the blue cheese. Stir the dressing into the hot pasta. Toss in the grapes. Arrange on serving platter and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4-6
