Ingredients (11)

1.00 kg beef — strips
15.00 ml vinegar — white garpe
15.00 ml mustard — powder
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
oil
2.00 onions — large, sliced into rings
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
250.00 g mushrooms
250.00 ml sour cream
70.00 g tomato paste
65.00 ml brandy

Method:

Season the beef strips with vinegar and mustard powder and leave for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and brown in a little oil. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Fry the onion and garlic in the same pan until tender. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add the meat.
Blend the sour cream, tomato paste and brandy and add to the pan. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened. Serve with rice or pasta.
