Ingredients (11)

1.00 stock cube — vegetable
40.00 ml cornflour
400.00 g beef — fillet, cubed
45.00 ml oil
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.00 carrots — medium, julienned
1.00 pepper — yellow and red, cubed
100.00 g green beans — quartered
6.00 spring onions — thickly chopped
400.00 ml stock — vegetable
noodles — cooked, to serve

Method:

Crumble the stock cube and mix into the cornflour. Coat the beef cubes in the mixture. Heat the oil in a large saucepan until very hot. Add the meat and stir-fry to brown. Add the garlic and vegetables and stir-fry for a further minute. Add the vegetable stock gradually, stirring constantly until mixture has thickened. Serve immediately with prepared noodles.
