Ingredients (3)

100.00 g dark chocolate
100.00 ml evaporated milk — or cream
5.00 ml kahlua — or Frangelico

Method:

Break the dark chocolate into pieces.
Melt with the evaporated milk or cream and rum, Kahlua or Frangelico in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
Serve over ice cream, pudding or cake.
