Ingredients (7)

4.00 bread — sliced wholewheat, toasted
40.00 ml butter
8.00 bacon — rashers
2.00 bananas
10.00 ml lemon juice
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
8.00 watercress

Method:

Butter toast fairly thickly.
Fry bacon until crisp in a heated pan and drain on paper towels or crumpled brown paper.
Peel and slice bananas diagonally and sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and a dash of salt.
Layer bacon and banana on toast and top with watercress sprigs and serve immediately.
