Bacon and avocado salad

    rindless streaky bacon, chopped
  • 1
    bag salad leaves
  • 200
    feta, crumbled
  • 1
    avocado pear, sliced
  • 1
    red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1
    yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 20
    alfalfa bean sprouts
  • olive oil and balsamic vinegar, to drizzle


10 minutes

Fry the bacon until it is crispy.
Arrange the salad leaves on serving plates.
Top with the bacon, feta, avocado, peppers and beans.
Drizzle with the oil and vinegar.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
