Baby potatoes with rosemary

  • 1
    baby potatoes, scrubbed
  • 80
  • 3
    sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves stripped
  • salt


Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF) or place in the oven along with a roast at 160 ºC (325 ºF) Place the potatoes in an oven pan and pour over the oil. Sprinkle with the rosemary and season well with salt. Bake for 30-40 minutes uncovered, or until the potatoes are done and the skin is crisp. The cooking time will depend an the size of the potatoes. Serve with leg of pork. Serves 6.
