Ingredients (9)

100.00 g apricots — dried
100.00 g dates — pitted
100.00 g sultanas
50.00 g ginger biscuits — crushed
25.00 ml sesame seeds
5.00 ml lemon — zest only
10.00 ml lemon juice
75.00 ml nestlé sweetened condensed milk
sesame seeds — use for rolling in

Method:

Finely chop or mince the apricots, dates and sultanas, by hand or in a food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well (add just enough condensed milk to form a stiff mixture).
Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls then roll in sesame seeds and arrange on a baking tray.
Chill until needed.
