Anchovies with tuna and red pepper sauce

  • 2
    red peppers
  • olive oil
  • 1
    x 400 g can chopped tomatoes
  • 4
    anchovies, chopped
  • 200
    drained, flaked tuna
  • salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • fresh basil
  • cooked pasta shells



Stir-fry red peppers in olive oil until soft.
Add tomatoes, anchovies and tuna and bring to boil.
Season with salt, pepper, and basil.
Mix with cooked pasta shells to catch the sauce.
