Thai-style spicy broth

Tasty broth, filled with strips of tender pork loin, spring onions, bean sprouts.

Ingredients (17)

1 pork loin chops
1 l water
1 stock — liquid sachet
4 Tbs soy sauce
lime — zest and juice
1 tsp ginger — ground
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper — powder
nutmeg
2 garlic — cloves, sliced
1 lemongrass — bruised
2 carrots — shaved
2 courgettes — julienned
1 onion — small, sliced
EXTRAS:
broccoli — floerts, sliced
mangetout — chopped
baby sweetcorn — chopped
noodles — egg

Method:

Seer pork loin chop for 5 minutes on each side, and then slice it up to cook further in the broth (adds a lot of flavour).

The Broth

Simmer all of the broth ingredients together for 15 minutes, then add the meat to your broth and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Finish off by adding the other ingredients.Simmer for another 10 minutes, then dish and top with bean sprouts and/or chopped parsley and sesame seeds.
