vegetable quiche

    green/red/yelow pepper-chopped
  • 1
    onion- chopped
  • 1
    fresh cream
  • 3
  • 1
    packet store-bought puff pastry


Preheat oven to 180°C.

Stir-fry the mushrooms, onion, and peppers until tender.

Whisk the cream and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut puff pastry into squares. Grease muffin tin and place pastry squares.
Place the vegetable mixture on the pastry, then the egg mixture.

Add grated cheese on top of pastry.

Bake for 25 minutes.
