Spring pasta with broccoli, peas and feta

  • 1
    packet of spiral pasta
  • 1
    head of broccoli
  • 500
    frozen peas
  • 1/2
    tub of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2
    chopped mint
  • 1
    knob of ginger (size of your thumbnail)
  • 100
    olive oil
  • Seasoning


Remove the peas from the freezer and set next to the stove (they will defrost quickly).

Chop and steam the broccoli.

Boil the pasta according to the packet instructions.

Peel and grate the ginger on the smallest eye.

Chop the mint finely.

When the pasta is done, toss all ingredients into the pasta until well combined.

Season well.

This is a warm dish but can be served cold as well.
