Spicy tuna fish cakes

Ingredients (10)

250 g tuna — steak, finely chopped
2 spring onions — chopped
1 garlic — cloves, chopped
1 fresh chillies — chopped
5 ml curry paste — red
30 g fresh coriander — chopped
1 eggs — beaten
50 g flour
100 g breadcrumbs
35 ml oil — to shallow fry

Method:

Mix together the tuna, spring onions, garlic, chilli, curry paste and coriander leaves.
Roll them into small patties.
Dip each one into flour, then egg and lastly breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil and gently fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
Drain on
kitchen towel.
