Baby marrow & almond fritters

  • grated baby marrows
  • slivered almonds
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • chana (chickpea) flour
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh coriander leaves
 

Method

15 mins
 
Fry in hot oil.
Serve with a crisp salad.
