Ingredients

  • 125
    ml
    sweet Indonesian soy sauce
  • 1
    Tbs
    garlic ginger and chilli paste
  • 2
    grated lime peels and juice, or 1 lemon
  • 6
    free range chicken fillets - sliced
  • 2
    250g packets egg noodles
  • 1
    glug vegetable oil
  • 1
    bunch
    coriander or basil leaves
 

Method

10 min
 
Mix sweet Indonesian sauce, paste and lime juice and peel together.

Toss chicken strips through sauce. Cook noodles according to packet instructions, drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Stir-fry chicken until cooked through.

Serve chicken and sauce tossed with noodles and coriander.

Good ideas:
- Add a packet of PnP stir-fry vegetables.
- Replace chicken with beef strips.
- Gluten intolerant? Use rice noodles.
